About

Executive coaching services are customized to meet the specific needs of each client and organization. Typical engagements range from 3-12 months. The coaching process, scope, and frequency is contingent upon our client’s specific objectives, developmental areas and organizational goals. Coaching services can be tailored for individuals or for groups and include custom design, a thorough assessment process and deep and sustainable performance improvement through one-on-one sessions as well as 24/7 advisement.Intentional Leadership Coaching can occur in sequence with Intentional Leadership Courses or as a standalone engagement.

The executive coach will meet to align with all stakeholders on the current situation, desired outcomes, course of action, and roles/responsibilities of both the client and the coach.

Focus Areas

Coaching is defined as a solution focused approach in determining client specific goals and then applying a structured framework with the client to discover those options. Said differently, the coach will ask questions and apply a process for the client to self-discover and reflect on those goals and options. The client will be the primary owner of the actions taken between sessions for development. Typical engagements range from 3-12 months.

  • Facilitate the client's identification of leadership behaviors that can be enhanced or developed.
  • Create awareness around the situational context for the leader.

Complete 360 feedback interviews/instrument with key stakeholders

  • Establish and align with client on opportunities for shifts in behavior and performance that are documented into a viable development plan
  • Provide a process and accountability to that plan as coach
  • Understanding of how current assessments/reviews/instrument feedback and key stakeholder feedback fits within a broader development plan

Assessments – Personality and EQ

  • Integration of a focused coaching plan with the Intentional Leadership Experience as recommended by the coach.
  • Document and execute on a development plan based on these behaviors
  • Provide a transition plan for use post coaching engagement conclusion that will sustain accountability to behaviors

Initial Meeting

Solution focused approach with client to determine the desired outcomes and success measures.
