For more than 20 years, Vicki Hathorn has provided performance coaching and education to leaders at all levels of organizations. She is known for bringing her in-depth knowledge of Applied Behavioral Science, creative strategic thinking processes, and organizational development concepts to assist clients in achieving significant, measurable, and sustained results. Her work has helped clients achieve measurable increases in revenue, cost savings, customer satisfaction, and operating profit. Her experience encompasses industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Engineering and Construction, Technology, Life Sciences, and Clean Tech Energy sectors. She has worked extensively in Europe, Africa, Asia, and North and South America – often moving to the location of her clients.
Vicki has also coached individual leaders and leadership teams at all levels in Fortune 500, start up, and entrepreneurial enterprises. She has helped them achieve measurable improvement in strategic and tactical revenue and SOM growth, process improvement, large-scale change leadership, strategy execution, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Vicki holds a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Jacksonville State University and an M.A. in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Prior to her consulting career, Vicki founded, owned and managed a wholesale manufacturing and distribution company where she applied many of the tools she now provides to others. The company was successfully sold and continues to operate profitably while enjoying a reputation for exceptional quality and service. She currently lives in the North Carolina mountains where she is an avid hiker.
