Insight
to Impact
25 Years
of Intentional Leadership
Over the past 25 years, we have partnered with some of the most extraordinary leaders and organizations you can find. As consultants and guides, the opportunity to hear insights and share and the impact people experience in their work and lives is one of the most meaningful aspects of our work. As we look toward the next 25 years, we continue to distinguish and share what is most meaningful – to you.

in 2025
Share
In 2025, we are inviting our community of intentional leaders to share what they have found to be most meaningful. We will connect these discoveries of 'insights to impact’ with new ideas to continue your leadership journey.
Celebrate
Over the past 25 years we have learned that celebrating “what works” is not only an accelerant for growth, but also a simple way to ensure satisfaction along the way. We will be celebrating themes of intentionality and connecting them with our intentional leaders throughout the years.
Inspire
To inspire means “to breathe life into”, and this year, our intention is to breathe new life into your leadership and the impact you seek to make. Stay tuned for ways to renew, reset and refresh your commitment to the next chapter for you and your organization.
